The dress code is semi-formal. For women, this means short dresses, longer dresses or dressy jumpsuits. For men, we suggest at least a dress shirt and slacks, with suits and ties optional. Note that June in the Pacific Northwest can range from cool with a slight drizzle to comfortably warm and sunny, so be sure to check the weather before you leave and pack accordingly!
Yes! We welcome your kids to the ceremony and reception. There is an outdoor playground at the venue that is free for our guests to use.
CCMI has a free-for-guests parking lot with plenty of parking for our guests. If you wish to use a ride-share app, Uber and Lyft run regularly in the general Seattle area; note that ride share apps operating to or from Seattle city limits may be more expensive due to Seattle’s minimum rideshare pay laws. We encourage sharing rides when possible. Depending on the number of people who book with the room block, we may also be able to provide a shuttle service between the hotel and the venue; we will update you as we get more information.
All guests who are listed on the invitation are welcome to join us! However, please refrain from bringing any additional guests.
Our reception will include a buffet-style dinner catered by a local Seattle area restaurant. We will have options for most tastes and dietary preferences, including vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options; however, please let us know when you RSVP if you have any more restrictive requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
